Eleonora M. Beck

Eleonora M. Beck is Full Professor and Chair of the Music Department at Lewis & Clark College. She is the author of numerous works about the Trecento, including her book Singing in the Garden: Music and Culture in the Tuscan Trecento (Libreria Musicale Italiana, 1998). Her work of fiction, Fiammetta, an homage to the Decameron, was honored with an Honorable Mention Award in the Writers Digest 11th Annual International Self-Published Book Competition.
